Hydrogen peroxide is a great treatment for acne , and cheap! It's the extra ingredient in clearasil ultra wipes over the regular clearasil wipes. Hydrogen peroxide is the best product for my 19 year old sons acne. Nothing works as well. The wipes are much more convenient than a bottle with cotton pads. He uses the clearasil ultra wipes twice a day for cleansing, and once a day uses a hydrogen peroxide wipe. His skin has never looked better- and it's easy- especially if you have a boy that can't be bothered with bottles, tubes, gels, etc. There would be a lot less prescription acne medication sold if teens tried hydrogen peroxide (you can read about it on many acne web sites). I just happen to be a doctor too.
