I use this product to remove waterproof mascara. It does a fairly good job of getting most of the mascara off, but it does take some rubbing and a little time to absorb before it starts removing the mascara. When I wake in the morning I still notice makeup on my eyes where I cleaned the night before so I give this product only 4 stars because it doesn't get all the mascara off even after allowing the product to absorb for a minute and rubbing to get the mascara off. But, I have sensitive skin and this product didn't make me break out, cause my eyes to tear or burn but instead nourished the eye area and was gentle.

This is a good, reliable product. Gentle on the eyes and effectively removes the make up. The pads were a little drier than I had wanted--but I would rather them be like that than too oily. All in all a good, solid product.

I have used this product for years and am so loyal to it that while reading negative reviews I decided I had to defend it! If you feel the pads are too dry, use your brain, flip the entire stack of pads over. It is liquid, therefore it seeps to the bottom of the container over time. If you simply flip the stack over you will find the wipes very moist and results in only needing one pad for two eyes! The amount of eye makeup I wear varies- light to heavy- and I always use waterproof mascara. I am a product junky and this is the best I have ever used!

This does what is says it will do without any downside. I've been using it for a few years now.

I've been using these little beauties for about 4 years and they are effective with all brands of regular mascara (admittedly I havent used waterproof type). Not greasy or harsh, dissolves your makeup quickly and effectively. Fine for contact lens users, too.
