• Using the Mini Contour Shadow Brush, apply Queen Phyllis dry all over the lid from lash to brow for a sheer wash of color.
• Apply a soft base of Bubbly Eyeshadow on the lid from the lash line up to the crease.
• Lightly sweep Twig Eyeshadow into the crease contour, blending in a back-and-forth motion.
