My austrailian shepherd / lab puppy is 8 mos. old, large and chews!. This product caused my dog to have terrible indigestion!! It did not digest well, large chunks went through him.

The dog likes these A LOT and it keeps him busy bone busy for a limited amount of time. The only down size is that it's gets his face and paws a little sticky and discolored--it's not staining though so a bath will probably take care of that. The "sale" price here on drugstore.com is fair--I've seen it really marked up at one of the large chain pet stores.

I give my dogs one of these every day and they have the brightest and whitest teeth. They love them and while they are kind of messy because of the seeds the dogs clean them up as well.
