Wish they hadn't changed the design. We'll be looking for an alternative now, more like the old style that we used for decades. Perhaps there should be two, one for babies, one for grownups.

This product works great for cleaning the ears and nose of our children. It is also nice that the larger tip helps prevent the children from sticking it in too far and hurting themselves or damaging their ear drum.

I only clean my kids ears when they need it, and these are the best q-tips since they don't let you go in too far. I would never use regular q-tips on kids ears.

Safe & effective, these swabs are the only ones we use on our little baby girl. After piercing her years, these were easy to top with some Neosporin and apply under the earings. Cleaning baby's ears on a regular basis is easy and safe, and she's very comfortable.
