I purchased the display to go with my new GSF armband. I love having the two together! Get up to the minute feedback with the display instead of waiting to download your armband at the end of the day. This is an amazing motivational tool! I have used it to challenge myself on my daily steps and calories. Using the Trip mode, I am able to get instant feedback on how many steps & calories burned during a certain time/activity. This has helped give me a better idea of how many calories I burn driving the kids to school, doing chores around the house, taking a walk, even raking leaves. If you are purchasing the armband, I highly recommend the display!

The GoWear FIt is an amazing device for anyone interested in fitness. It is easy to find online tools to help track calories in, but the calories burned in 30 minutes on a treadmill varies widely between different online tools used to track activity and the display on the treadmill itself. The GoWear Fit allows you to collect personal data and upload it into charts and graphs. The diplay gives you up to the minute information so you can track your progress without stopping to upload. It keeps track of your target calories burned, target moderate and vigorous activity, and target number of steps. It retains your actual results from the previous day and keeps track your current progress. I have burned 812 calories so far so I am right on track for today! It does beep to inform you when any of your targets have been met. I find the clip ivery convenient though it cannot handle thicker material like sweats (I clip it to an undergarment in that case). My husband prefers the watch band but it is too bulky for my taste. It comes with both the clip and the watch band. After 3 weeks use, the display has become more important to my fitness goals than any of the fitness equipment I have purchased in the past including the treadmill! Fitness is much easier when you KNOW what you burn mowing the yard, vacuuming the house and playing with the dog.

The display is great to go with the armband. This allows you to see how close you are to reaching your goals before you upload. Once you enter all your goals into the online tool & upload onto armband- the display actually beeps at you to tell you when you have reached a goal for the day.
