Easy to remember to take and most of all it tastes very good. I do not like those large pills that you must take for calcium. Also, the ones that are hard to chew were not for me.

This is a great way for me to remember to take my calcium. I don't like the taste or consistancy of calcium chews, and many calcium pills upset my stomach. I love Adora Calcium disks. I only wish they were a little less pricey!

I take this regularly in the afternoon as my chocolate pick-me-up. The con is the price but when I compare it to a bite-size chocolate bar, the price differential does not seem so vast and it's much healthier.

I have a history of osteoperosis in my family, so I always try to take a calcium supplement. I HATE the giant horsepills, and I think Viactiv tastes like a vitamin trying to masquerade as a candy. This stuff tastes exactly like semi-sweet chocolate chips, mainly because it's real chocolate instead of ersatz chocolate! It's really good. It costs nearly twice as much as Viactiv. That's the only downside, in my point of view.

Take one disk up to three times per day, preferable with meals, or as recommended by your doctor. Daily intake of calcium above 2000mg is not likely to provide additional benefit.

Contains Vitamin K. Ask your doctor before use if you are taking blood thinning medicine (anticoagulants).

Vitamin D is added to assist calcium absorption and Vitamin K is added to assist in its utilization. Adora's unique vitamin blend is derived from vegetarian sources.
