This is a great, safe, non-toxic product that I feel good about putting out in my home for daily use. It's truly fragrance-free. It's a light foam and feels a bit unsubstantial in your hands, but does the cleaning job. Those who are used to liquid hand soaps might find themselves using two pumps instead of one in the beginning. But it rates a very low hazard on the EWG.org Skin Deep Consumer Guide and has a fair amount of known data on the ingredients. I did a lot of research to find a product safe and with decent reviews and this was it. I didn't have any isssues with the pumps at all and they actually feel quite substantial. So maybe the earlier review just had some bad luck and got a lemon. Also, because it's foam, it's lasting a lot longer than my previous liquid soaps, even with conservative use.

I was willing to give this product the benefit of the doubt; my toddler kept messing with the soap bottle and I thought the foam stopped coming out because he somehow got water in it. If this type of soap comes out without foam it just ends up getting wasted because it's so thin and watery.
So I paid (way too much) for some refill foaming soap and it's still coming out in liquid form. The problem appears to be in the pump. What a piece of garbage and what a lot of money wasted.
