The new foam is great and easy on gums. I really like the dispenser that takes so little space and works great! Love it!

A lot of hype but not a lot of realism

This product does not live up to hype about foaming. I do not know about manual ones, but I use a Braun electtric toothbrobrursh, and it does not behave in the manner that the advertising indicates it will. And the advertising does not indicate that you must wipe the opening prior to use or after use. Also, each time you use it, even though you have followed the recommended wipe as as indicated, there is still a leak of toothpaste which should not be there.

Just purchased this yesterday, but so far I like it. The foaming action really helps to reach the hard to reach spots. Does not leave the refreshing after-taste in my mouth that I would prefer. But, I think overall it works well.
