So I tried the product and find that it applies quite nicely is for the most part smudge proof and lasts all day long without having to re-apply. The major problem I am having is that I can't figure out how to get more of the tip out of the pencil as it is now wearing down.[...]

The actual pencil is good. However, I have hooded eyes and the product really smudges on my upper eyelid. If this product was waterproof, it would be great.

I had a crazy/bizarre reaction with this. I used as an under-eye liner. Somehow this caused a thick film to form under my contacts. It was like a residue/film. It clouded my vision and I had to throw the contacts out (wouldn't come off by rinsing with solution). I was surprised because I've never had any problems w/ L'oreal and it is one of my favorite brands. Too bad.

This eyeliner is now the only eyeliner I use! I do not allow myself to run out! I constantly keep it on hand! This liner glides smoothly, so application is a breeze! It smuges easily (when needed) and blends well with other eyeliners .Long lasting wear makes this L'oreal pencil a charm!

It was very hard to blend. The point became dull after a few uses and didn't sharpen well. It kept breaking and it scratched my eyelid. Forget it!

I've always been wary about tightlining cause I've tried every high-end pencil eyeliner there is out there and color still transfers to my lower eye causing hideous panda eyes. This Loreal eyeliner is very good for about 10 hours. I'd say even better than Makeup Forever's Aqua Eyeliner. I've gotten this in every shade Loreal has, and am satisfied with every one of them.

I primarily use Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner which is $20. I put that one on to start the day. To add emphasis throughout the day, I use this L'Oreal product because it glides so smoothly and it's a much cheaper alternative. I find that if I start with the L'Oreal eyeliner from the outset, it tends to run -- and it's not easy to clean underneath the eyes. It is not easy to remove when washing -- I recommend the best eye make-up remover, which is Andrea EyeQ's Eye Make-Up Remover Pads - 65 ea.

to sharpen it, just use a pencil sharpener...it doesn't twist and turn at the top..only took me 3 days to figure that out!

i am also having a hard time figuring out how you get more of the point out. Ive used only about 5-6 times and its almost gone!! can someone help?
