I used to use a liquid liner to get close to my lash line and then apply a pencil liner to create a softer look (smudging liquid liner doesn't work - it just removes it). I gave Loreal Liquid Pencil a try and was immediately impressed with its ease of use. The color lasts until you take it off and now I'm saving some cash by using one product. The pencil is very soft but doesn't fall off when applied (like most other soft pencils do). I find it easy to adjust the thickness of the line too. Highly recommended!

This item I thought would be liquid, it is not. The one I received was just a plain eye pencil. If you wear false eyelashes, forget about getting it across the top of the eyelashes. As far as a small thin line, its a large big gloppy line and does NOT go on smooth. I could not get an even line on the bottom, so for the price, its no better than an eye pencil for $1.00. I will never purchase this again!
Application Tips: Apply along lash line starting from inner corners of eye working outwards. For a smokey look, gently smudge line with finger or brush applicator. Removes easily with soap and water or with Clean Artiste Waterproof and Long wearing Eye Makeup Remover.
