This is a well balanced supplement. The right amount of calcium to magnesium ratio is essential for proper absorption. This brand does not have any of the added ingredients that prompt allergic reactions and has been easy on my stomach. Tablets are a bit large, but these are typical of this amount of calcium and magnesium.

I have looked extensively, this is a very good, higher dose of calcium and magnesium and I like taking one supplement instead of two for these properties. The magnesium is a combination of Magnesium Oxide & Citrate, which, for me, helps with muscles, fatigue, great for keeping my intestinal track healthy.

Was experiencing painful leg cramps at night, and my friend (a nurse) suggested taking magnesium. I did and it worked. Been taking this product for a few years and am pleased with the results.

I've just started taking them, so have no idea what they are or are not doing for my heart health & I take the magnesium for fibromyalgia, will take a while to tell if there is any difference.
They are "horse pills" which doesn't bother me since I don't have trouble swallowing pills.
Have not had any stomach trouble or constipation.
I think it's good to have a calcium/ magnesium blend, and they are the more bioavailable forms of each. Calcium can be constipating & magnesium can cause loose stools- so together they don't seem to change bowel habits.
