I have been using this product for approx.3 years now and my last dexa scan, that's a test that checks your bone density,has improved!! I would definitely recommend taking this daily.

Everyone needs to be supplementing magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D. In order to get the affects of calcium you have to have enough magnesium in your body to absorb it. Unfortunantely magnesium is the super mineral that your body uses the most of so typicaly you don't have enough of it. So this supplement is great since it gives you the best of both worlds and you get what you need in a single pill. Very easy on the stomach and absorbs better than most and doesn't have a lot of additives and preservatives.
