I am taking multivitamins, but need more B vitamins. After some research, I decided on these because they come in vegetarian capsules, and I like the brand.

I use this product because I recently found out that I don't absorb vitamin B-12 very well. So along with a daily Iron supplement, I now take 2 of these daily - one in the morning and one at night. I feel so much better!! I definitely recommend these!

These b's do not have that "smell" b's usually have, either when you open the bottle, or when you take them. Also, they do not upset the stomach like most b supplements do. I take a dose at a different meal than the one at which I take my broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals so I spread out my b's across the day. I gave up taking additional b's until I tried this brand because the others I tried smelled and made me sick to my stomach. I love this brand. Wish they made a larger, more economical bottle, but am so glad I found this brand.
Adults take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily preferably one(1) hour before, or two (2) hours before a meal. Coenzyme B Vitamins do not require the usual conversion by the liver but are directly transported to their action sites. This enables the body to use these coenzyme B vitamins more efficiently thus lower potencies are needed for energy production.*
