This is made of hard plastic cup which doesn't work against soft skin and pelvic bone. Couldn't get it to suction and stay in place at the same time. Waste of money.

This product will not work with the rigid cup. Needs to be flexible cup to properly fit. I would like to return it for a refund, is possible.......

We love this thing. She REALLY loves it. A gel lube is essential and it does take a bit of time to get it positioned just right - but once connected...Wow!

My boyfriend and I tried this toy for the first time a few nights ago. It took a little while to get the cup to fit properly but once we got the right positioning it worked fine. I would suggest using lube before you start pumping to minimize some of the soreness afterward.
