One of the few products I absolutely rely on and use everyday, anytime I'm away from home. I have terrible sinus problems and while this hasn't cured me, it's been enormously helpful in keeping me functional and breathing throughout the day. I would be in big trouble if it ever got discontinued!

I like the fact that this is pressurized and provides quick, convenient nasal relief. It's probably more expensive than mixing a solution manually and using a squeeze bottle, but this is a lot quicker and a lot less messy.

this can of salt is expensive but cheaper than a trip to the DR. For a sinus infection. I only got one and a half applications out of my first can, need to really watch ten number of seconds you hold down the spray, but it was much better than trying to use a neti pot. I hope I can get 3 applications from this 2nd can. I wish the had a larger can without the 3 nozzles.

I have suffered with sinus problems for years before using this product. Now I have no problems as long as I keep using it and it is non addictive. My ear, nose and throat was very glad I use it.

I've been using this product for a few yrs now, but this last one I purchased had some changes. The outside cap was omitted, which kept the nozzel clean and in place. Now it has a separate container which holds the caps. However one was missing, and was told I would receive a replacement. It never happened! But it's very inconvenient when you have to put the nozzel on for each use. Also, the pressure seems harder than before. Great product, so why the changes??

I really love this product. the 2 in 1 nasal spray but the last spray can I received didnt work right, as a result it sprayed all over the room and me. I lost more than half the spray can than I used.

My friend told me about this after suffering with sinus headaches, sneezing, etc. etc..... it is really gentle, easy to use and most importantly effective. Not too inexpensive, but at least I use it, and found it was worth the cost.
For large volume nasal irrigation:
Ultra gentle mist tip for nasal moisturization: This tip can be used for ages 1 and up for moisturizing and soothing dry nasal passages. Insert the tip (no more than flange level) into nostril and press until adequate solution is sprayed.
Medium tip: This tip can be used for ages 5 and up. This tip will deliver a medium volume jet that can reach deeper into the nasal passages but not into sinuses.
Large volume rinse tip for nasal & sinus rinse: This tip can be used for ages 5 and up. This tip can deliver solution into entire nasal passage as well as some of the sinuses. Apply the special conical lavage top and follow the instruction in next paragraph.
Special instructions for large volume rinse: Stand in front of a sink, bend forward to comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and, without holding your breath, place the tip snugly in the nostril and squeeze the actuator until the solution starts draining from the opposite nasal passage or from your mouth. Allow the flow to continue for 2 to 3 seconds. Do not swallow the solution. To avoid pressure on your eardrums, blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely. If tolerable, sniff in any residual solution remaining in the nasal passage once or twice prior to blowing your nose. This may clean out the posterior nasopharyngeal area, which is the area at the back of your nasal passage. At times, some solution may reach the back of your throat. If so, please spit it out.
To help improve drainage of any residual solution, blow your nose gently while tilting your head to the side. Now repeat these steps on your other nasal passage.

While the smaller-volume tips are simply inserted into the nostril, the Large Volume Rinse Tip for nasal and sinus requires you to bend over a sink and blow your nose between and following the input of the solution.
