Years ago when I was 25 my knee randomly gave out and I couldn't walk. Went to doctor who gave me pain pills but my ability to run was gone and walking was painful. Two years later I went to a physical therapist who suggested I look into Glucos/Condroit. I did some research in medical journals and it seemed like something I could try. I'm 37 now and still love this stuff. BioChem is a reliable source even without government monitoring. I run 5 miles 4x per week and don't have knee pain. It really helped my joints. I don't take the full dose (I take a pill in morning and one at night instead of 3x per day) and still reap the benefits. This stuff is seriously great! If I happen to forget to take a pill, I really notice it. Clearly, I can't say enough good things about it. **Don't take if you are allegic to shellfish!!

Vegetarian versions usually contain no shellfish. This is dangerous for those with shellfish/iodine allergies.
