Male and Female benefits in our household Already using Glucosamin Condroitin MSG and this is a good supplement to it. I Take 4 a day - 2 at supper, 1 at breakfast and 1 at lunch. He takes 2 with lunch and 2 with supper.
Price is the best I have found anywhere. At least $9.00 less - so this is the place to buy it.
If you hold the capsule in your mouth there is a bad taste - so don't do that, just swallow it.
You will notice less stiffness and pain in a few days. It takes less time to work if you already take the Glucosamin. Not a doctor, just an old lady in pain who found true relief from this product.

I purchased these pills hoping to avoid surgery and they do a good job on most of my joints. I did have to do surgery on my shoulder(rotator cuff,bicep,and clean out bone spurs). I am using these still in hopes that it will speed up my recovery.
I have given a few bottles to my brother and helped his knee pain.

I started taking this because I needed to get off my Naproxen. I was afraid I would be in a great deal of pain but not so. This really works for me.
I actually think I feel better with this than the prescription drug. I do think you need to take it with the combination of Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSN.

I really can't fairly complete this survey. Since I ordered it my condition has worsened through yet another injury, and I'm in too much pain now to know if the celadrin is really helping or not....
