I have one other Sue Devitt Hydrating Marine Minerals Palette, Kilimanjaro (purple), and while I really like that palette, Serengeti blows it out of the water quality-wise. The eyeshadows in this palette are sooo effortlessly silky and smooth, blend like a dream, pigmented (without being too pigmented that it's difficult to work with) and last very well without a primer. The colors are a chocolate brown with a light sheen, a shimmery golden-bronze, a brand new copper penny with some sheen (looks like russet in pan but translates to a the copper penny on my skin), and a vanilla highlighter shade that reminds me a bit of horchata. The highlighter shade is perfect btw. I dislke the look of blindingly-white shiny browbones, this color gives off a sophisticated luminosity. This palette can be worn day or evening with just a few tweaks in application. And to top it all off, part of the proceeds of this palette goes to a foundation that provides water solutions in Tanzania. So gorgeous, you are totally missing out if you don't get Serengeti.

I have all the microquatic palettes and they are as versatile as they are beautiful. This one does not fall short of the mark. I have gotten very soft daytime looks that can be amped up for eveing with a touch of the brush. These palettes are great for travel too because you only need one for many different looks. Serengeti is a combo of the most gorgeous dark chocolate, bronze, russet, and cream that can be blended into any variation... think peach, champagne, beige, copper, etc.
