My husband has to style his hair every morning because it is that exact thickness that isn't straight and also isn't curly. This product has been his favorite because it is pliable and has no strong fragrance. It tames his hair into going exactly where he wants and it stays throughout the day without looking wet and gel-like. He goes through a lot of it, but at this price it's fine. And love the natural ingredients!

Was looking for a fragrance free alternative to Kevin Murphy products and found this. It's great. If you wait till your hair is dry, you can put it in and get awesome hold/control without the slick wet gel look. It does a bit of fragrance when you put it on, but leaves quickly. Also feels natural and makes it so you can sort of fix your hair all day long however you want–you just move your hair again and the new look happens. Nice.

First off this product seems to work fine.

But the smell of the product is bad. You can't really smell it after applying, but they should have at least made it smell a little better.

Also, occasionally when applying it seems to clump up and products dandruff-like flakes that looks horrible if left in hair.

I would not recommend this product.

I find the product to be very thick/stiff. I only use it when my hair is wet - I have thick wavy/curly hair so I have to get it wet every day. To combat the heaviness of the product I take it from the container with wet fingers/palms and work it around in my palms to even it out before applying (as I would with similar products). This seems to give me the best results.

I purchased Every Man Jack because I was searching for a fragrance free hair product. I have been very pleased with its hold and that my hair feels natural (not greasy or overly stiff).

I used this to replace the Garnier Fructise Surf Paste I had been using. Unfortunately, this isn't as good. It is very crumbly and hard to work with. It's hard to spread on dry hair, and when you don't work it in well, it looks like you have dandruff because it clumps together. I didn't try it on wet hair because that doesn't work for my style.
