I bought this product to try to help promote curls and keep my hair's moisture in over the course of the day. It works fine for about 6 hours, less if you run your hands through it much.

It smells great and pretty much does what it says it should do, but don't buy it expecting it to work like a lot of other products labeled pomade. This one is almost like a leave-in conditioner that smells like pomade.

Definitely not for curly or wet hair. Its hard to work with when your hands are wet, if you grab some with your finger and rub it on the palms of your hands it will stay all together in a clump. It wont spread out to apply evenly on your hair.
Im sure with short dry hair it would work great.

I bought this to try out after being an American Crew pomade user for years. The American Crew product just kept getting pricier and pricier. Regardless, this is a great substitute. It may seem greasy to some but you shouldn't be too put off if you're familiar with using pomade anyway. The good thing is that a little goes a long way. Packed this in my travel case for Vegas and it was perfect for touch-ups in between day and night...or night and dawn! You can't go wrong for the price.
