Unlike other mostly-date food bars, this has flavor. A hint of raspberry, dark chocolate, seeds and nuts, all ground nearly to paste, formed into semi-stiff 1/3" thick bar. This is more dry than sticky, but is chewy. The texture is the same throughout. I like Raw Revolution best of all the brands I've tried so far (Organic food bar, 3 kinds including "favorite vegan bar 9 years running", Cliff bars, and 3 of Raw Revolution. The Organic brand seemed so sticky and flavorless, except for the one with coconut, which is so sweet it would make a good dessert. I admit I usually bake or cook nearly everything from scratch and don't usually like commercial products. I needed an emergency alternative while I figure out how to eliminate wheat from my diet; how many handfuls of nuts and seeds can one eat?! I will be keeping these on hand; they travel well, are energizing, quick, and oh, yeah, really good.

These came in a very timely fashion in perfect condition. Prices for these bars are great here; much less than in a nearby mid-sized university community 25 miles away where there are lots of places to shop.

This bar is a fantastic snack full of protein and flavor. I love the fact that it's organic. But better than that is that these bars are not like empty granola bars with oats and crispy rice for filler that leave you wanting more. These are amazing and packed with sprouted grains and real food. Raw food! I love them.
