As for skin, I am seeing some improvements and the exercising is helping. Even my face, that was suffering from obnoxious breakouts is clearing up.I plan on increasing the dose to get results faster.

This product worked very well. I noticed the skin looked smoother within a week, and the hair felt thicker too. This product supposed to be taken with empty stomach. No problem in the morning simply took 3 tablets 30 minutes before breakfast. To time the second dosage was a bit difficult especially if you snack throughout the day like I do. Stomach was never empty enough.
I stopped taking this product even though it was very effective to me. I, as a prescatorian, did not read the label clearly where it says this product is derived from bovine (cow collagen). Almost threw up when I saw that. Besides that, it is an absolutely great product for skin and hair. Now I am taking their fish collagen which is just as effective.

I take this product on an empty stomach in the morning. I take only 3 pills per day and not the recommended does of 6 pills.
Pros: What I like about this product is that it can be taken first thing in the morning and doesn't upset your stomach. It also really works. I started taking this product after my skin began to look tired and dull. I saw this on the beauty blogs and thought I'd try it. After two weeks of taking only half a dose it was like someone changed the bulb and turned the light on my face. My skin became bright and radiant after only a few weeks! I looked well rested and revived and I hadn't changed my sleeping patterns.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the 6 pill per day dose recommendation and the size of the pills they are absolutely enormous. I dont think that you need to take 6 pills to get results but everyone is different. Overall though this is a terrific product that I will continue to take. I am also going to add the hyaulronic acid to boost my results.

Using this product to supplement other joint products but 3 tablets twice a day on an empty stomach is over the top. I can't say I noticed any immediate difference and due to my schedule, most of the time I only take 3 in the morning due to the empty stomach factor.

I really, REALLY, recommend this vitamin. It has made my nails super strong!! I also notice new hair growth, which is the main reason I take this. I'm also noticing how my skin has cleared up and it looks brighter....I'm in my 70's, so I need this help! It may take a couple of months before you notice any improvements, but, that's with any vitamins. It really does what I was looking for in a vitamin.

I purchased the product base on reading the good reviews. Having taken this product for over a month now, I still do not observe any improvement to my skin or hair. Very disappointed.
