Do not exceed recommended serving size (up to 2 packs). Suggested Use: Intended for adult use only. As a dietary supplement, pour and mix one powder pack into approximately 16.9 oz of water (bottle or glass). If adding to a full bottle of water, take a few sips before adding the powder, close and shake. Wait until powder is dissolved completely before drinking. For the first week use just one pack per serving. For maximum results, you may gradually increase up to two packs per serving three times a day. Take up to 6 packs per day. |
