I have used this product before and was satisfied with it. I did not notice any real difference but i have oestiopina and take calcium supplements so have read the benefits of taking the D3 as well so did. My last bottle must have been tainted or spoiled, as can occur. I called the customer service line on the bottle 4x and never reached a person or received a call back from the company. My pills were discolourd and have a fishy odour. So I have been satisfied in the past with their products but when there was a problem the company never addressed it or corrected it. If a company does that I do not use their products again, gotta love capitalism!

I opened my second bottle of these, and the gelcaps were BOTH tiny tiny and the size they had been in the (fine) first bottle. Am now switching to a different brand!

I've been taking 4 pills a day for a little over a month, with no side effects. PIlls are super easy to swallow. In the past week, I've noticed an improvement in my rosacea. My case is mild and the redness can easily be covered with cosmetics. But now there is hardly any red to cover! The overall skin tone on my face has evened out as well and some light wrinkles appear less obvious. The only change has been the addition of this product. So I assume that's what has done it. I will definitely keep on using this!
