I actually have thin hair, but some of my barrettes are from many years ago when it was thicker, although I never really did have very thick hair then, either. But I wear it just about shoulder length and like to sometimes wear it twisted and pinned up, especially in the summer in the California heat. I reasoned that, if the older ones worked, these would, too, and they were something I didn't have...and looked great. Long story short--I can't imagine anyone not just loving these!

Can be hard to find barrettes that hold my wavy hair, but these work like a charm.

I have very thick hair; just too much for most barrettes. I had some old Goody metallic barrettes from the '80s, but those were losing their finish and looked tacky. I could not find replacements anywhere until I saw these on drugstore.com.They are even better than my old ones, and I use them everyday. Have to get some more while the getting is good!!
