This product really help my little one to have a good sleep when she is having running nose. I connected the Pad/Lamp just after I rub her chest, back and feet with Vicks Pediatric Vaporrub, and put her pijamas and warmy socks, and she usually fells sleep and most important still sleep through the night. The smells is pleasant, when I can not find the pediatric one I use the regular one.

When my baby has a cold, I will try anything to try to make it better. A friend suggested these pads. I don't know how much they really help, but they don't seem to hurt. The menthol smell should in theory help with congested noses.
