This is the first Boots product I'm not highly impressed with. It's very creamy yet greasy and it's hard to rinse off my face and leaves a film. It does leave my skin illuminated, appears lighter and refreshed. I'm going to finish the bottle and decide if I'm going to reorder it. Only used it for about 2 weeks.

I have tried other Boots products. I like them all but this one I really love. It's gentle, cleanses very well, has no scent, and is very easy to remove. It leaves my skin soft and feeling clean, but not dry.

I really like this cleansing cream. It leaves my face clean and feeling great. It isn't greasy, but it is creamy. I have dry skin, and I like products that do not leave my skin feeling tight. I will re-order.

I am a huge fan of Boots products even having friends bring them from England.
This is the first Boots product in 12 years that has disappointed me. I wish I had the old cleanser of theirs. Had to throw this one away after using twice.

I can't believe I'm disappointed in this so-highly rated product. I made my purchase based on the reviews and the fact that I have liked every Boots 7 product I've tried. I like the pump bottle it comes in, and its silky lotion is friendly to mature skin but, it didn't remove my foundation makeup, nor did my skin feel clean. I would of had better results using a cold cream.

This is a creamy lotion that has a great pump dispenser. I prefer wash off cleansers and this can be rinsed or tissued off. I rinse and find that there is a moisturizing residue. So, if you like that "squeaky clean" feel, this is not for you. For cooler days, someone with classic combo skin will like this. My only complaint, mascara needs to be removed first because this cleanser won't get it all off and you will have slight racoon eyes.
