I try to use only cruelty-free products but was disappointed by this detergent. It did not clean my dishes very well & left a filmy residue.

You only need to use a little per wash making it last a long time. It leaves no residue on dishes. It is safe for the environment. It gentle on skin.

I use this product for years. Cleans well and doesn't leave soap residue. Biodegradable so it wont hurt the environment which gives me comfort that it wont harm animal and plants. This also reassures me about using a product that is intended to clean something that will hold food and beverages that I will consume.

This product did not work any worse than a regular commercial dishwasher liquid. Our dishwasher itself isn't very strong, i.e. you can't put completely dirty dishes into the dishwasher and expect it to come out clean no matter what. I tend to "pre-wash" in the sense that I use liquid dish soap (also same brand) and soap all the dishes first and make sure there isn't anything stuck, but I don't rinse them to avoid wasting water. So it's actually a very fast and efficient process. Then I put all the dishes in for a quick clean. All the dishes came out clean with no residuals. And I use about 1/3 of the amount of my old regular liquid. I've heard if you use too much, then there is residual, so less is more!

This soap is awful. My dishes come out so dirty and with a gross film all over them. I have even run a vinegar wash on my dishwasher in case it was my washer, but no. This is just a terrible product. I bought it at the same time I bought the rinse aid and the laundry detergent of the same brand, and you guessed it — the laundry detergent doesn't clean my clothes, either. They come out of the wash stinky and with dirt and food, etc still on them. This brand is AWFUL and I will NOT be buying again.

At first I did not like it because it did not clean well. The key for success is using very little. I have a Bosch dishwasher and I fill the soap cup only to the very first line. Now it cleans perfect. All dishes come out clean (no pre-wash). Best of all no nasty chemical smell when you open the door. This is the only PH neutral dishwasher gel and environmentally safe. Don't make my mistake and use the same amount as with other detergents. If you use too much it will not clean. I also use the Wave Jet Rinse Aid.

This does not clean as well as regular dish washing detergent. It might work great if you are a pre-washer which I am not. Why use a dishwasher if you pre-wash. Not only does it waste water.......
My coffee cups are not as clean. The first time I used it I used to much and had too much foam. While I like the idea of it being better for the environment the cleaning action is not the same. I use it only when I have less soiled dishes.

I love this dish soap. I've used just about every brand and this is the only one that doesn't leave my dishes with that gross film on it. My glass comes out clear. There really isn't much of a scent. When I open the dishwasher it just smells clean and fresh but no overpowering scent, which I like because I'm not big on scents. the best part is that it's eco friendly too!
