This was the first time I've used this site and I was very pleased. Our first experience with dealing with head lice was short of annoying. We got it from a family member, but they did not inform us they had it. So, by the time we found out we had it, there was already bugs in our hair who had laid many eggs. I went crazy, cause I hate bugs. I threw all our pillows away and bought new, with plastic covers. I washed bedding every three days and vacuumed every day. I found the fairy tale brand at Ulta and I cringed at the price, but bought them anyway to avoid when the next person doesn't want to warn me that we about having lice. It was my three girls and myself who became invested. I combed through their hair every night, and I took the wire comb and some paper towels in the shower with me and combed my own. And any product that says no combing needed is lying. I used lots of products and there was not one that got rid of the nits. You "HAVE" to comb them out. I bought the Fairy Tale Shampoo, Conditioner, and Leave-in Spray. They don't smell the greatest, but there worth having to avoid head lice. FYI, you don't have to let the schools know, but it's common courtesy. I told the school and they cleaned my girl's classrooms. Hopefully we never have to deal with lice again.

My daughter is a kindergartner at a public school that has already had a lice outbreak this year. So far, we're in the clear. I am religious about using the Fairy Tale's Repel products EVERY SINGLE DAY! They are awesome & they smell great!

This product has been effective. My daughter did get lice again while using this, but I believe that we didn't use these products over the weekend and that's how she got lice again. Luckily I noticed right away and cleaned her hair. We use these products every day now. I especially like the conditioning spray because it's efficient and we can use it anytime and anywhere. I recently ordered the conditioning spray and when I received it, it was almost empty. It leaked and I called the company and they were really good about sending another bottle to me. I will definitely keep ordering from them. I am very pleased with their services and products.

We have been having a real problem with lice at our school, but since using the Fairy Tales Leave in Conditioning Spray on hair, shoulders, and backpack, we haven't had a problem (knock on wood)!!

We purchased the smaller size locally to try out after our PTA recommended it during a lice outbreak. The whole family loved it---mostly for the superb job it does in detangling the major snarls our daughter with very fine hair would get every day (we would have to braid her hair all the time---even for bedtime---to keep her hair snarl free). This is the BEST detangler we've ever found! Plus, we all avoided lice this school year. We're back for the economy size.

I've used this for the past 2 years on my kids for lice prevention. While people tell me that nothing really works - so far we've never gotten any lice, while it runs rampant in the school. It also smells much better than the spray I used to mix myself!

We started using this when there was a lice outbreak at daycare and in the grade school. We use the shampoo and conditioner as well. The spray does tend to weigh my dtrs hair down a bit, more so than a regular detangler, but I would rather avoid the lice issue all together, so it is worth it to me. We use it year round. It also can be used as a bug repellant. I would say it works relatively well for that for yard use, i would not trust it for a deep woods hike or camping trip. If you want to avoid getting lice then it is clearly worth using with the shampoo and conditioner. We like the fresh scent.
