It is much better made than those bamboo ones that are everywhere. The only thing on it that is not perfect is the curvature of the claw at the end that scratches your skin surface. It is a bit too curved for me and the teeth are a bit short. But it does what it says it does....scratches your back!! VS Most Liked Negative Review Itchy Back Design is good. Also, the "claw" itself is too rounded and smooth to provide any real itch relief-- feels more like a massager than a scratcher! I didn't want to go to the bother of returning it, so I'm keeping it, but will continue to search for a back scratcher that better scratches my itch!

Best Uses Comments about Earth Therapeutics Back Scratcher, 1 ea: As several other reviewers offered, and I wish I'd read before purchasing, this does not offer any relief for your itch!! It's extremely well made, nice silicon or rubber grip and the perfect length to get that hard-to-reach itch. However, the claw is not sharp enough to offer any relief. You are much better off buying a bath brush with a long handle and using it as a dry-skin brush. Drugstore.com has one which has very stiff bristles and it feels AWESOME!!
