I usually take the powder version, The taste does not bother me,pretty much daily.It increases my energy level. But I travel frequently and definitely the capsules are easier in almost every aspect,so that is the main reason when I'm home I will continue to use the other version which is effective. When away I will use this one that requires a few capsules to be as effective as the other, and definitely easier on the.palate

I can always tell the difference if I stop and restart taking this product (usually due to not re-ordering in time) It definitely gives me a natural energy and really helps with my digestion. I usually only take three capsules a day although the serving size is five. I often experience a not so pleasant grass aftertaste after taking my daily dose and taking three instead of five helps it to not be so strong but I still feel the benefits
