Naked Sponge Normally, things with nudity might not be appropriate for all audiences. In the case of the Naked Sponge, that couldn't be further from the truth. Because by naked, we mean without colors and any of the adulterated stuff you might find in traditional sponges. So please feel free to show these to your family and friends without risk of offending anyone.

Haven't had it long so we'll see about durability, but its the perfect size & thickness & seems to be high quality with no weird smells & "earth-friendly." It says designed in Boulder, CO but made in Mexico. The only criticism is that it could be a bit more dense.
I never thought I'd write a review on a sponge since I assumed they were all the same! These are terrific. I'm mid 50's and an avid cook… these were an eyeopener. They don't stain, dry quickly, don't get any odor and the texture is just so different from any sponge I've ever used before. They're absorbent and never get a slippery gunky feeling. I'm on my second pack and will never use any other sponge.
These aponges are huge! 6" by 3.5" by 1" !! They are white and I expected them to show staining easily but they don't. Good for you, good for the environment. What more could you ask for?
This is the best sponge I have ever used, hands down. And being a cooking instructor, I know sponges and cleansers pretty well! Not only does it withstand heavy pot scrubbing, without disintegrating and falling to bits like many sponges----BUT, it also DOES NOT RETAIN ODOR! C'mon folks, you know what I am talking about, that nasty used sponge smell that most sponges have after about a week. Not this one! It retains zero odor! Absolutely awesome sponge, I will never use another brand again!
A good, basic sponge made out of the simplest materials. The thing that I like most about these is that they feel clean, all the time. Most sponges feel and look wrong after having been used a few times - they get smelly and greasy, and you can never get rid of that no matter how you wash. These are easy to rinse clean, they dry quickly into a hard block, and you can sterilize them in the microwave by nuking them for two minutes (make sure they're wet).
Does not disinfect surfaces. Rinse thoroughly before and after use. Not for aquarium use. Please test first with light pressure to determine whether surfaces may scratch. May be sterilized be boiling in water. Top-rack dishwasher safe.
