I've tried many brands of echinacea and there are huge differences between them since there is no regulation. This brand came highly recommended and I've been using it for years now to prevent getting sick (a week at a time at most when I feel like I'm coming down with something). This echinacea plus extra sleep does the trick and I rarely get sick.
