I have ordered these in the past and reordered them ( 2- three packs for better pricing). They are not the same product any longer. The last time I ordered them was in April of 2014. They were super nice quality. This last order in December of 2014 - not the same, awful!! As soon as I apply my makeup remover, they get flimsy and start to shed. The thickness is not the same, they fall apart - super unhappy!! And yes, I double checked, the two products from the two different orders were labeled and packaged identically.

I've been using Swisspers for a very long time...but they have definitely downgraded their quality. It's so apparent as the rounds are uneven, with visible clumps of cotton that shed all over your face. Sad to have to find a new brand!

I use these for all my cotton needs - I almost don't even use cotton balls anymore. The texture on these is great. I picked up a pack of rounds (a different brand) from the local drug store once when I ran out of these and that's when I really noticed the difference. These are worth it - great product.

These cotton rounds come in a package that pictures a good quality round that looks like it is made to resist breaking apart or leaving lint behind. The package even says "lint free". A long time ago, I actually used the kind of round pictured, and it was great. The problem is that the rounds inside ARE NOT what is pictured. They have a loose texture and will surely fall apart and leave lint when they are used, especially when wet. There are only a few lines where the product is stamped together, and it's just not good enough. These are almost unusable for anything other than one quick swipe.

If I had bought these in store, I would return them, but it is counterproductive to pay to shop these back. Shame on drugstore.com for continuing to sell this.

I ordered two swisspers products recently: the cotton round 3 pk and the face wipes. The face wipes were consistent with the quality I've seen in the past with the rounds (cotton contained between two quilted outer layers). The rounds, however, looked defective. No outer layer at all, just cotton filling+thread (I suppose this would be "quilting" if there were outer layers to quilt together, but with only filling, there's nothing for the thread to hold onto! If this is a redesign, it's horrible! Plain cotton balls work better than this. Way better.

I will be looking for another brand. I will probably have to look outside of Drugstore.com. There was a 3 pack brand that was good, but this brand is useless for me. I need to apply and wipe several times with alcohol or pore toner. They just fall apart. Sad excuse for a make-up remover or any acne problems. Wish I could buy a decent cotton round here from Drugstore.com. They usually have very good stuff, but this is not.

I have been loyal to Swisspers for years now after a friend recommended the product for not falling apart or pilling annoyingly with use. I have no idea what happened to the most recent batch I received. The side that's supposed to be smooth-textured to avoid creating lint is now nonexistent. On both sides the sections/crosshatches are LARGE and not small as they've always been and how they're still pictured in the packaging. It's like Swisspers decided to skimp on their product but still pass it off as the same thing. Totally useless and pills up like all other brands now. These will either get returned or tossed.

This product is a great value and you only need to be gentle with it as it is real cotton that requires a little care when handling.
