I wanted get a different one which is gel inside. I was looking for that one but couldn't find it anywhere. Now I am pretty sure that product sell in only japan(I'm Japanese). Anyways,I wans't expect that much when I was reading this review before I buy even five stars. Because it's not what I want to, I know it's seed or something and I never use it.
But I bought and recieved this yesterday and used this after took shower.
I feel like WOW!!Hands down!! Feel so good and warm. Not too hot but it's just perfect temperature. Smells light lavender. It's not also too much and the cover is so soft.
Everything just perfect!! Now my husband want to get this too so I am going to order one more.

I love this product. It goes on my neck the minute I com home from work. It is very effective for the arthritis in my neck and muscle tightness. After a few weeks of use, the filling started clumping. I called the company and they said the product had probably come in contact with food or water. I think they need to put these avoidance directions on the box. Possibly my microwave may have been damp. They were wonderful on the phone and mmediately sent out a replacement. A wonderful product and company.
Place product in microwave and heat for 90 seconds. Carefully touch to test. If additional warmth is desired, continue heating in 20 second intervals. Do not exceed two and a half minutes heating time per use. Microwave heating times vary. Always test for hot spots and overall temperature before using.
Care Instructions Remove inner pouch before washing. Machine wash outer cover in warm water. Tumble dry. Fabric softener recommended.
