My kitchen floor was at the point where I needed to get on my hands and knees with a scouring pad to get the ground in dirt, It took about three cleaning with the steam mop to get it all out and if I use it once or twice a week it wont build up. I will save a lot of money on cleaners.

Kitchen floor was really filthy, and it took a little effort to cut through it during the first mopping. However, had no problems after that. Also, love that there is no chemical smell or stickiness left on the floor. A little expensive, but does a good job.

I bought this product because it was recommended by a friend and I love it. It is easy to use, the floors look great when I am finished (and with a big dog I have to use it often) and I haven't had to use any chemicals; eventually it will pay for itself! Yes, I would recommend this product.

Live in Florida and just got the last of the carpets removed and tiles installed. Needed something easy and fast to clean up. Much easier than my Hoover that I used to use in the kitchen. It is light weight and it swivels making really easy to maneuver. The water well is small and I thought I would have to keep refilling it but I was wrong!! Also love that it is just steam---no soap or chemicals needed!!
