I originally bought this fish oil for myself but had trouble swallowing the capsules because they are quite large. I had a lot left and started giving it to my husband. He was originally talking Krill oil to lower his cholesterol. This fish oil is about half the price of his Krill and works just as well. He just had his cholesterol checked and it is fine. I tried for 9 years to convince my husband not to take cholesterol medication and to control his high cholesterol with diet and supplements. He finally stopped the medication 8 months ago and after this last blood test he is convinced he should have switched to this fish oil years ago instead of taking the medicine.

This is a great fish oil to choose. It's from wild salmon, a reliable and responsible company; and there's no aftertaste or 'repeating'. I prefer this to Nordic Naturals. It's pure and simple.

The advertising hype to buy this brand of fish-oil was quite strong and said all the right things for quality production. As I've looked more closely at the label, I do not know how to claim the difference myself. I alternate three brands of fish oils to get the best of each.

There are a lot of fish oils out there but I don't trust the source. This is an ALL NATURAL 100% Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon fish oil. You can't go wrong with that!

I have been taking this WholeMega supplement for almost 2 months now. I have extremely dry skin and have yet to see any improvement, but who knows what could be causing it in the first place!
Otherwise, I am very adament about taking it right after a meal (2x/day) and have not experienced any fishy burps or upset stomach.
