I bought this for my 7 yr old son who could lose about 10-15 pounds. He suddenly had a growth spurt over the last 10 months and got kinda round. He is not so active, so I wanted something that would ease him into activity. He does this 15 min. per day. We also cut juice out from school and have him drinking water. In a 10 days, he has lost 4 pounds.
He is so excited about the progress, sometimes he's on there longer and he certainly remembers to get on it after school. He feels the difference in his clothes and his body and energy.
He has his sister using it too.
I use it when they are in school and it's great.
I carry 3 or 5 lb dumbells for an extra challenge.
I love how you can tuck it away, how it keeps min/cal/steps taken. The only thing is that when
we use it, it tends to rotate or shift...even on carpet. Still, got it at a great deal, was shipped quickly, and packaged well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to start getting active or is so busy, they only have a few minutes here and there, or for those who have a small space to exercise!

I am really impressed with this product. Kinda cringed at having to assemble it, but found it quite easy to assemble. Used it on a rug because I have a tiled floor. Anyway, I think it's a wonderful trainer and I felt the burn in my thighs and bum the first time I used it.
