It is such a thrill to find this product. Our family has used a similar product since the 1980's. First as Rhuli Gel, then Band Aid, now Children's Benadryl Anti Itch Gel. It works wonders. My grandson was bitten?. . . stung? . . . by a scorpion and was screaming. We put the then Rhuli Gel on it and immediately it took the sting away, plus it stops the swelling reaction. I was stung by a wasp and the gel immediately took away the pain and there was no swelling or welt that followed. Why doesn't the manufacture advertise this product more?

I have also used this product since it was Rhuli Cream in the early 70's. Then it became Band-Aid anti-itch gel and now Children's Benadryl anti-itch gel. I have 7 children and 19 grandchildren who benefit from this product. It seems like the the makers should do more to promote it. Whose big idea was it to rename it Children's Benadryl? When you get a moquito bite, a little smear of gel takes the swelling and itch away within minutes. Then, you don't need to scratch to get effective relief. It actually works for adults, too:)

Use to be Rhuli, then Band-Aid Anti-Itch and now Benaydryl Anti-Itch. I use this product in raw sensitive areas. It will burn tremendously at first and then all irritation is miraculously gone. The more raw the skin the more the initial burn. I don't know why Benadryl advertises it for kids. Perhaps it is a marketing scheme. Nevertheless, I have really depended on this product through the years and insist on having it in my medicine cabinet.

This really is the best thing ever for itches. Like everyone else, I was a huge fan of rhuli gel, then band-aid anti-itch (which was the same thing). I was getting a little panicky since I was down to the last bit of the band-aid anti-itch and couldn't find it anymore. I then compared the active ingredients to everything remotely similar on the shelf and this is the same thing - and works just as well.

Nothing else comes close to working as well as this!

I have used this product for years first as Rhuli Gel and then as Band Aid anti itch gel, and hunted all over when I couldn't find it. It is fantastic for bug bites. Stops the itch almost instantly. I got totally bug bitten in the Caribbean once after losing my luggage. The first thing I wanted when it finally arrived was my tube of Anti itch gel! I give it away to friends so often I'm buying 5 tubes.

This is the same thing as the old Rhuli Gel and Band-aid Anti Itch gel. It's my favorite for poison ivy rashes. I'm severely allergic to poison ivy, and it's everywhere where I live, so even if I stay inside, I will still occasionally break out with a rash, probably from my cat going outside and getting the oils on her fur. Years ago someone recommended Rhuligel to me, and it works really well, but every few years some new company buys the formula and changes the name. This is the stuff- highly recommended! It's cooling and cuts down on the itch, and once it dries it protects your skin a little if you're like me and HAVE to scratch. I also recommend soaking in Domeboro Astringent Solution Powder Packets. [...] It's an aluminum acetate soak and smells like vinegar but it reduced the itch and dries the weeping. You can soak a cloth in the solution and use as a poultice, or if the rash is all over, dump a packet in the tub and soak in a bath. Afterwards use the Anti- Itch gel, and you'll be able to ignore the itch and forget you have this terrible rash for a while.

I use this for myself as I am sensitive to bug bites. This works! It may be for children, but it works for me (and I'm over 50)

This is the only product that stops my skin from itching. I dab it on whenever I notice a welt or red spot and it can break the itch cycle. Nothing else, including cortisone creams work for me.
