This product works fairly well for the price paid. I used it to cut my 2 year old's hair. It did miss a few hairs and pull a little, but he is 2 and moves around a lot. It's definitely worth what I paid for it.

I let me brother-in-law use these to fully shave his head (military style) and they worked great. I then used them on my 2 sons (one with straight hair, the other is very curly) to get them shorter hair before their vacation into 90+ weather. The product was very easy to use, did not "pull" the hair, and cut really evenly. My 4 year old who usually hates having his hair cut did not complain at all even though his curly hair is usually hard to cut. I like my hair longer or I would use them on myself as well.

Conair 18-piece kit comes very handy if you just want to trim your hair a bit shorter. We like its compact size. And found it very effective for a quick hair cut at home. It works very well on my kids' hair. Only thing is that we wish it comes with a 1" comb.
