Before we bought this, we would spend 10-15 minutes wrapping my daughters cast in plastic bags and it would still get a little wet... now she can put the cover on herself, the cast stays dry, and we don't have to cut off the plastic bags when she it done!!

The seal on this cast cover is very snug and watertight. That benefit also makes it just a little bit of a challenge to get it on over your cast - especially a leg cast. My husband helps me by putting the cover on while I hold my leg still. But, it is absolutely waterproof and comfortable to wear.
