I use this product when my children are coming down colds or issues related to allergies to give their bodies an extra boost. I am pleasantly surprised that the duration of their sickness was reduced when I started this product. The only cons are, the bottle is small and if you are treating multiple children, it doesn't last long. The bottle design needs to be improved so that if it is poured, you won't experience waste on the side of the bottle. To help alleviate that, I have a small children's measuring syringe that I use to draw it up with and this eliminates waste. This is overall a good product and is something I will keep around to use when needed.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Before I used this product on my 3 and a half year old daughter now 5, she had terrible coughs. It got so bad she could not sleep, would wake up throwing up, it was really horrible. We even ended up going to a specialist who started treating her as if she had asthma. I hated all the pumps and medicine she was on. I met someone who recommended this product and thank God I tried it, ever since I started giving her this vitamin those horrible coughs went away! I don't like giving it to her everyday but as soon as a I hear a sniffle or a cough I give it to her right away, and it either goes away or its very little and its only for a couple of days after that she's all healthy again. I do not let myself run out of this. I also recommended it to my aunt and her 4 year old and she as well has me ordering more for her daughter. I highly recommend this product.

For infants 6 mo. to 1 yr: 1/2 teaspoon 3x daily. For children 1-12 yrs: 1 teaspoon 3x daily. Give directly or mix with juice or your child's favorite drink. Shake well before using. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
