I ordered two of these clocks, and from the minute I inserted the batteries, they both responded DIFFERENTLY from each other and neither one is working. The instructions came with a long distance number for set up help, and after eight minutes on hold, I was left with an answering machine only. The manual did not help, stuff was happening on the displays that didn't reflect any of the options in the manual. Avoid La Crosse Technology, their quality and service has tanked. My morning was a waste!
