As a woman, mother, teacher, and wife I find myself very busy, sometimes so busy that I forget to take care of myself, or take a bathroom break at work. Because of this I frequently got UTI's, which are painful, irritating, and just plain inconvenient. About five years ago my OBGYN recommended that I take a cranberry supliment. He advised me that not only would it help my bodies urinary track health and filtering systems (kidneys/liver) but I would get added vitamin C too. And because I have to take it with a full glass of water my body is getting an extra glass of that a day too. I think I have had maybe one UTI since.

The published dosage is deceiving because it is not 1680mg per pill, it's per serving. Therefore, it's not good value.

I have been bothered so much by UTI's for the past 2 years. So in desparation, I decided to try a supplement. I take 4 of these in the AM and that has seemed to make this condition subside. If these continue to work, I will be a faithful user.
