I decided to try this because I was looking for a supplement to improve my eyelashes and hair. I have been taking them for about a month and notice about 75% less hair loss in the shower, much less breakage, my nails are coming in stronger, and the crazy thing - I cancelled my salon appointment because some of my patches of gray are growing in dark again. Weird, but I'm thrilled. Will certainly keep taking it. My lashes, ironically - no change.

I have been taking biotin for about five years or so. Sometimes I will see other brands on sale and purchase them. Within a few weeks, regardless of whether they are 1000 or 10000mcg, I can see the difference in my newly arriving hair. That is, that there is less of it. Sundown naturals is great and definitely the best I have ever tried, and I think I have tried every common brand out there. I also like that they are not in gelatin capsules, I don't see the need for ground up horse bones while taking biotin either. The pills are tiny, with a big kick! You will see the difference within weeks. My hair is lustrous and people comment on it often. Before using it, it was frail, brittle, and didn't grow out well at all...I even had tons of skin showing when I would tie my hair back. Not with this! Not going back to any other brand, regardless of price, this works and I am sticking with it :)

I am over 50--This explains everything. Lately my eyelashes were staring to get alot thinner, and I got scared that I may keep loosing them. I decided that I had to try something. So I am using these vitamins along with RapidLash eyelash enhancing serum and also started using the Ardell Heated eyelash curler. There has been a huge change in my lashes-- They have gotten thicker--Longer and I am so Pleased with the way have started looking so much better--I will continue with all the products.

This stuff is amazing! I had a battle with the flu for almost four weeks which resulted in hair loss that was frightning! I was ashamed to go to my stylist with as little hair as I had. I was looking up wigs. She recommended biotine to me...I thought what do I have to lose (couldn't lose any more hair). Within about six to eight weeks of taking Biotine, I was starting to grow new hair!!! I have been taking it for almost a year and my stylist says I have more hair now than I did when I first came to her! I almost have to have it thinned!!!!

Simply the best Biotin pill out there. I have been taking this particular brand about 6 months, I will not be stopping. This is one of the highest potencys (7500mcg) I have found. It is also in a small tablet that is easy to swallow. Every other Biotin supplement I have ever taken has been some large capsule filled with powder. This is so small, Fantastic! Works on thinning hair and helps strengthen my nails (I'm over 50)
I buy this when it has the buy one free get one free and that works out to a really good deal!

It definitely works for hair growth. However a caveat to that would be it helps your hair grow EVERYWHERE lol. i found myself shaving more often. Even my facial hair was growing. I'm a woman. That's not good. I had to discontinue use. But if that's not an issue for you then this is for you. I used it for about a month and a half a few months ago and the hair on my face is still coming in full
