I tried this shampoo after noticing that my skin mostly broke out on my neck, jaw, and back (where my hair / shampoo always hits). Also, my hair had been falling out by the handfuls and clogging the shower drain for months no matter what shampoo I used. I've been using this shampoo, conditioner, and the styling gel for about 2 weeks. First off, no new break outs and all of my old ones are gone. Secondly, my hair looks and feels amazing! Super soft and shiny and lots of volume - I put the gel all through my long, straight hair and it just adds volume, no stickiness at all - you can't feel it in there. Thirdly, my hair isn't falling out anymore - after almost a year of it thinning, this is amazing. I was worried about teh "no fragrence" because those products usually smell awful, but this really has no scent. You open the bottle and it smells like water - nothing. I will never use another product line on my hair!

After reading the great reviews for this product I hoped that it would work well for my sensitive skin and facial eczema. I have had eczema for over 30 years and have recently been having rash flare-ups on my neck and down into my cleavage, which I connected to the lather from my previous shampoo. While this shampoo is gentle and fragrance-free, it seemed to leave my hair a little dull and didn't lather very much. I didn't use it with the Free and Clear conditioner, so that may help with softness and shine, but I did find that my neck and decollete cleared up within a few days of using this shampoo. If you have very sensitive skin or eczema, it's worth a try, but I would probably use with the matching conditioner for better results.

This shampoo is terrific at cleaning your hair without all the additives and chemicals that you so often find in shampoos these days. It smells clean--no flowery or perfumey scent. It is my new favorite.

Free and Clear Shampoo is a must for me. I am sensitive to fragrance and this is the only brand that is truly free of fragrance and gentle to my sensitive skin.

I like using this shampoo as a gentle daily body wash. I have INCREDIBLY sensitive skin and this shampoo as a body wash is holy-grail territory. Yay! No irritation, and no residue either (unlike some other body washes for sensitive skin that seem to leave a filmy residue).
...Now as for shampoo, I'm pretty picky and prefer sulfate- and salt-free formulations because I get highlights and toner professionally done $$$. (Which yes, irritates my scalp and hairline even though my colorist is careful; I know it's dumb but I like to have pretty hair, so I try to keep my color as long as possible so I don't have to go too often.) I will use this Free & Clear shampoo as it's intended, i.e. as a shampoo, once in a while to give my scalp a break from products, but most of the time I use high-end salt-and-sulfate free shampoo. But again, highly recommend this as a body wash!

While I love that there's no fragrance at all, it's a clarifying shampoo. It leaves my hair squeaky clean, which is fine once in awhile to clear away build-up, but too harsh for more than occasional use.

This worked great to finally get rid of the itch. I still have somewhat of a dry scalp and haven't been able to get rid of the flaking, but am relieved to not have the itch.

This product was recommended by an allergist and has helped tremendously with abating my contact allergies. I was concerned that it would leave my hair greasy and/or limp, but it's great. My hair is clean, soft and has body.

I love this product. I have very sensitive skin and this shampoo does not bother my skin at all. I had some eczema on my scalp and after using this for a few days it cleared it right up!
