I have tried a few of the whitening mouthwashes and this one delivers. The flavor is mild and it doesn't bother my sensitive teeth. You can see a slight brightening effect after one use and after a week my teeth look like used the strips. I don't think I will get them super white because I am a tea and coffee drinker. That's okay as I don't want them ridiculously lightened like Ross on Friends. I highly recommend this product.

My teeth are slightly stained from enjoying coffee, tea and red wine. I didn't think I need "intense" whitening, and I didn't want to spend time each day messing around with strips. So this whitening mouthwash seemed like a good option but turned out to not work for me at all. Although it tastes OK while swishing around in the mouth, after several days of once-per-day use I developed a horrible hydrogen peroxide taste in my mouth (hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient). Foods and drinks began to taste weird, overpowered by the hydrogen peroxide. Also, my teeth became painfully sensitive in spite of my already using a sensitivity-reducing toothpaste. I will not be finishing the bottle, let alone buying another. Not recommended.

I use this product every day. Works well between whitening kit use which I use every 6 months. I also use a whitening toothpaste. My dentist says I have white teeth and I drink many cups of black and green tea each day!

This stuff whitens very well. Better than the white strips. However, it gave me sores all over the inside of my mouth. I only used it once every other day. I stopped using it as soon as I realized what was causing the sores. It has been 3 days since I stopped and the sores are finally starting to go away.

This is my first bottle of this mouthwash and in a short time I started seeing the stains on my teeth lightening up! My teeth are definitely getting whiter because of using this.

I use this product daily as a alnernate to whitening my teeth at the dentist. I read the other reviews and thought it was worth the try comparing its price to that of professional whitening. I was very pleased with the results. As others have stated in their reviews it may seem strong to some at first, but as recomended I don't do a lot of swishing initially, I hold it in my mouth for about a minute and then swish. I plan to continue using this product, and I am considering trying others of the same brand for whitening.

I love this stuff. I was worried at first after I saw some negative reviews, but went ahead and ordered it anyway. Glad I did. I noticed whiter teeth after just three days! I haven't experienced any bad side effects like some other people. It is very strong, so be forewarned. I just use lip balm after I rinse with it. I was desperate for something simple to whiten. I hate using the strips and other products. This is simple and it works. Kind of pricey, but worth it to me.

I only used once and spit it out almost immediately. The taste is so disgusting! I can't imagine using it daily and feeling "minty fresh" afterwards. Blech!
I'm fortunate to have a bright smile, but I won't use this product to maintain it. Yuck! There has got to be a better way.
