This stuff is good, it has awesome potency (which is listed on sales page) and best taste out of all the liquid Vit. I have purchased. I use a whiskey shot glass and fill 3/4 full and take every other day, you can feel the rush in about 15 minutes, if you wash it down with a glass of orange juice and eat a little bread before you drink it this will help your body absorb the dose on a more normal time-delay basis. I have been on the lookout for a good all around Multi Vitamin/Mineral supplement that doesn't taste aweful. I think I may have found it. Taking pills is very hard for me I tend to "forget" so vitamins sit in the cupboard until they expire. I find with this liquid version it is easy to just pull it out of the fridge grab a shot glass and go. It is a litlle thick in its consistency but the taste is albite "Healthy" not bad. (there are definitely worse ones out there). Since I have only taken it for a few days I can't speak of longterm, but I can see myself reordering when it is finished.
