My husband has Crohn's and cannot eat any dairy. These are the only nutrition bars with chocolate that do not cause a flare up for him. This may be unique to his personal condition but I thought I'd share in case they also work for others. I am not a nutrition bar fan but even I think these are tasty.
I used to buy Tiger's Milk bars a while ago but have not bought them recently because I could not find them in local stores. When I saw them available via drugstore.com, I decided to give them a try. They are still as wonderful and flavorful as they have always been. It is almost like eating a candy bar, but not as sweet, and good for you too. I bought the peanut butter flavor and I enjoyed it. They help to boost my energy and provide extra protein that I need.
